Grapes from the Villa Borbone vineyards in Torre del Lago, in the Migliarino and San Rossore Natural Park, on sandy soil 800 meters from the sea. A beach wine, light maceration on the skins and controlled fermentation in stainless steel, aged for 6 months and then fermented in autoclaves in our cellars.
